Disappointed that May and July calendars have misprints. Appreciate email was sent notifying customers but only offered downloads to correct the issue. Passion Planner should offer a significant discount for 2028 planners to customers who purchased before misprint was announced as compensation for the misprinted 2027 planner.
Many customers are not happy and considering using other planners this year and in the future.
Come on Passion Planner, do better. Do something before you lose customers!
Store owner replied:
Hi Lily, we're truly sorry for the misprints in the May and July calendars and understand your disappointment with the available correction options. We appreciate you sharing your concerns about compensation and the impact this has had on your trust in Passion Planner. We've sent you a message via email so we can follow up and assist you further. Thank you for your patience and for sharing your honest feedback with us.
i love my pp! I think it is my fifth or sixth year with it. I always use medium size - that is where everything finds its place and I have enough space to schedule my every day life. I would love to have a little bit of journaling space under each day, so I could just jot down the most memorable things each day and not put them somewhere far away onto the last pages of the planner. And therefore the to do lists could just go onto the right side, because I noticed for myself that I don't use the blank spaces there (not organized enough for me maybe? IDK). I think it would be great to also have a few blank pages in the beginning of the planner to put some things like overviews in front of the year. hahaha so that is obvs my wishlist for pp, but you are doing an amazing job and I def recommended pp to others who also joined the community<3

I love the layout of the planner. Room for appointments and things to do all on one page. Been using the planner for years.
Store owner replied:

We know choosing a design you truly love is part of the fun, and we'll be sure to share your feedback with our team. Thank you for being part of the Passion Planner community!
Unhappy with the misprints on the dates and not being offered a discount or being able to get a replacement. The fact that I have to correct it by printing and sticking a page over the original page. For over $100 Australian dollars I want a clean correct planner/diary.
Store owner replied:
Hi Ebony! We're truly sorry for the date errors in your 2027 planner and understand your disappointment, especially given the price you paid and the expectation of receiving a correctly printed product. We recognize how frustrating it is to have to make corrections yourself, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We'll be reaching out to you via email so we can look into this further and assist you.
I like the medium size because it is compact and easy to take with me if I need to. The best part is the physical tactile arrangment of weeks and months. I use it as a reference record. When I need to look back I can so easily and somehow keep track of 'time' that a digital calendar obliterates!
It was a tough choice this year with so many pretty covers but Swan Lake is exquisite! 2027 is a special year and I’m delighted to have something so stunning to plan it in.
I have been purchasing Passion Planner since 2013! Every year since then I so look forward to the mail reading "New Planners out soon:)"
These Planners have been a great support, especially through some really tough times - they've helped me stay focused. Plus they have supported me to journal daily - and that is a real game changer!
Store owner replied:

I am so disappointed in the missing dates in the 2027 planner. :/ I have been using Passion Planner for many years, and have loved your product even as the world feels like it is moving to digital-only platforms. I still love having my calendar, my notes and my to-do lists in physical form in my hands. While I appreciate your transparent communication about the error in your 2027 calendars, it does cause me to pause. I hope quality control rises to the top of the list in the years ahead. Thank you for listening.
Store owner replied:

Thank you for your patience and for allowing us to help.
Looks great quality, lovely cover and nice ribbons.
The swan cover design is lovely. I like the soft feel of the overall planner (not a stiff hardcover). And, of course, I love what's inside my planner! I've been using Passion Planners for many years and love them.
Store owner replied:
Hi Mary Lynn! Thank you so much for your continued support over the years! We're delighted to hear you're loving the Swan Lake cover, the soft feel of the planner, and all the thoughtful features inside. It means so much to have you as part of the Passion Planner community, and we're grateful to be part of your planning journey year after year!
I've ordered planners for myself for years now and loved each and every one of them. This is the first year that an order was confused - I was sent a large version instead of a small version. But customer service was excellent, and after a short wait, I received the planner I ordered. It's lovely & I appreciate all of the planning and reflective exercises (which have expanded over the years). I love sitting down with my planner every day - beautiful, inspirational and practical.
Store owner replied:
Hi Katherine! Thank you so much for your continued support and for sharing your experience! We're sorry for the initial mix-up with your order, but we're glad our customer service team was able to get the correct planner to you. It's wonderful to hear that you're enjoying the design and the reflection exercises, and we're honored that Passion Planner continues to be such a meaningful part of your daily routine!
It's beautiful. This is my third passion planner and every year I am more in love with it.
I’ve been using Passion Planner for years and love them.
I did notice that the 2027 planner has a significant typo. Christmas Eve and Day are incorrectly appointed to December 23rd and 24th.
Store owner replied:
Hi Rebecca! Thank you so much for your continued support of Passion Planner, and we're sorry for the holiday date errors in the 2027 planner. We understand how important accurate dates are when planning ahead. We have a free PDF printable available that you can download here: [https://passionplanner.sbs/collections/free-downloads/products/2027-annual-planner-corrections-printable] and print to insert into your planner. Alternatively, you can manually rewrite the dates to correct them. We truly appreciate you bringing this to our attention and thank you for your understanding!
Though I’ve seen some minor issues, (a date missing in the monthly calendar and some odd little dots here and there, the rest of it is just as perfect as ever. I am really looking forward to using it more in 2027. 2026 has been a hit-and-miss year for me. But I’m excited to get back into the swing of it all and I know utilizing my passion planner will help me with that.
Store owner replied:
Hi Lillian! Thank you so much for your thoughtful review and continued support! We're sorry about the missing date and the unusual dots, and we appreciate you bringing these issues to our attention. We're glad you're still excited to use your Passion Planner in 2027, and we hope it helps you find your rhythm and make the year ahead a great one!
I have used the Passion Planner for many years. I love it--pen, paper, and the analog experience.
I have been buying a new Passion Planner each Fall for the next year. I put in all the birthdays and other important dates before the new year begins so that on day one I'm ready to go. My passion Planner makes my life and my business easier to manage in a cool and stylish way. I LOVE chosing a new cover for the new year and love all the choices!!
Store owner replied:
Hi Deborah! Thank you so much for your continued support and for making Passion Planner part of your yearly routine! We love hearing how it helps you prepare for the year ahead and keep both your personal life and business organized. We're glad you enjoy choosing a new cover each year, and we truly appreciate being part of your planning journey!
I love the small planner as it's cute, easy to fit in any bag, but full of all of the same amazingness! Gorgeous color this year as well!
Store owner replied:
Hi Aimee! Thank you so much for being part of the Passion Planner community since our Kickstarter days! We’re sorry for the missing day in July and understand how frustrating that can be. We have a free PDF printable available that you can download [here: https://passionplanner.sbs/collections/free-downloads/products/2027-annual-planner-corrections-printable] and print to insert into your planner. Alternatively, you can rewrite the dates to fill in the missing day. We truly appreciate your continued support and are so glad you still love your Passion Planner!
Love the color and cover design. Love the thick pages. I tried a different planner last year and sure miss my Passion Planner, which I've used for 4 other years, on and off. I always come back to this.
Store owner replied:
Hi Lisa! Thank you so much for coming back to Passion Planner! We're delighted to hear you're loving the Tranquil Trek Blue design and the quality of the pages. It means so much that you continue to return to Passion Planner after trying other options, and we're grateful to be part of your planning journey!
Store owner replied:
Hi Debbie! Thank you so much for your feedback! We're so happy to hear you love the Tranquil Trek Blue design. We appreciate your suggestion to make this planner available year-round, and we'll be sure to share it with our team!
I really love the planner design and the color choices and other personal preferences. I get the large planner and I wish it was 8 1/2 x 11 so standard size papers would fit when tucked between pages of the planner or in the “storage pouch”. It’s so frustrating when they stick out and/or won’t fit.
Store owner replied:
Hi Catherine! Thank you so much for your thoughtful feedback! We're glad you're enjoying the design and color options of your planner. We understand how helpful it would be to fit standard-size papers neatly inside, and we appreciate your suggestion about making the Large planner 8.5 x 11 inches. We'll be sure to share your feedback with our team for consideration!
I have used lots of different types of planners and I love the passion planner. I use the vertical weekly format. I appreciate space to do a monthly reflection. I am in the process of building a business and staying focused is a priority.
Store owner replied:
Hi Peggy! Thank you so much for your thoughtful review! We're glad the vertical weekly layout and monthly reflection space are helping you stay focused as you build your business. We wish you continued success with your goals and are happy to be part of your journey!
Absolutely LOVE Passion Planner. I have purchased one every year and it becomes more and more enjoyable to use each year. Wouldn’t change a thing!
Store owner replied:
Hi Rebecca! Thank you so much for your continued support and for choosing Passion Planner year after year! We're thrilled to hear that your experience keeps getting better and that you continue to enjoy using your planner. It means so much to have you as part of our community!
I love Passion Planner since 2018! However, I don’t know how I missed the important notice on the incorrect July dates for the monthly calendar spread, but July 31st missing in the monthly spread got me disappointed! 😔 the passion planner team does such a great job in making sure all the dates are on the planner, monthly and weekly spreads, and they correspond to the Monday and Sunday start calendars respectively. The weekly spreads are correct, but the monthly spreads could have been double-checked before releasing the 2027 planners in September. I really hope the PP team takes this feedback seriously going forward, otherwise I will have to look for another planner, and this will make me sad because Passion Planner is my life!
I wanted to se if I would like the hardbound..i prefer the feeling hand of the softbound version..wish you had the pastel rainbow cover again.it was my favorite
Store owner replied:
Hi Kathy! Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We completely understand having a preference for the feel of our softcover planners, and we appreciate you letting us know how much you loved the Pastel Rainbow design. We’ll be happy to share your feedback with our team!
I love the fact that its customisable to my preferences. Its a planner which I will surely use..
My onie issue is that its abit on the bigger size for me to carry "her" around.. so I have to keep "her" stationed at home... that's all..
Everything is good about this planner.. thank you 😊
I really love the simplicity of the embossed leaves as a repeating pattern. I use my planner for literally everything in my life so I like the design to have a balance between creative authentic expression/inspiration and a degree of professionalism and subtlety. I ordered this one from 2026 at the end of the season and plan to update the dates to work for 2027
